Questions
Do I need a Twilio account?+
Yes. Your WhatsApp and SMS numbers live in your own Twilio account, so they stay yours. If you don't have one yet, we can set one up for you.
What does Twilio cost?+
Twilio charges for numbers and messages at its own published prices, and WhatsApp's fees from Meta are billed through Twilio too. You pay Twilio directly. Qwilbox never adds a markup, and the Reports page shows what Twilio charged you this month.
Can I try it first?+
Yes. Start a free trial without a card. Your conversations and contacts are kept when you choose a plan.
What if I need more agents?+
Each plan includes a number of agents. Extra agents are R250 each per month.
Can I cancel?+
Card plans are month to month. Cancel from Billing in the app and you keep access until the end of the month you paid for.
Do you work with my CRM?+
Growth and Business include the HubSpot connector, webhooks and API access. For other CRMs and ERPs, talk to us about a connector.
